LUKAS flap discs and flap wheels
LUKAS flap wheels and discs are designed for manual operation using angle grinders or for stationary operation, e.g., with a bench grinder. The composition of flap wheels from abrasive cloth, abrasive fleece or a combination of both opens up many possibilities for use: cleaning, deburring, rust removal, coarse grinding, graining, roughing, matting, satin-finishing, polishing, smoothing and finish grinding. Examples of applications for LUKAS flap wheels include removal of paint and annealing colours, smooth grinding of welds, grinding of tanks and railings, grinding work in assembly shops

LUKAS grinding rolls or flap rolls
With a 19 mm hole and four keyways, LUKAS grinding rolls or flap rolls can be operated with handheld surface grinders (conditioning machines) available from various manufacturers. The use of abrasive cloth, abrasive fleece or a combination of both, TF, as basic material opens up a wide range of applications: cleaning, deburring, rust removal, rough grinding, graining, roughing, matting, satin-finishing, polishing, smoothing and finish grinding. For dash-dot matting of surfaces, we recommend sinus grinding rolls made from abrasive fleece. Our grinding rolls made from TF material are suitable for use on stainless steel.
